Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Setiora mobile application or visiting www.setiora.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Setiora. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Setiora account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

If you are using Setiora on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Impersonate any person or entity

Free plan. The Free plan is available to all users at no cost and includes 1 pet profile, 10 active reminders, and 500 MB of storage.

Setiora Plus. Setiora Plus is a paid subscription that includes 3 pet profiles, unlimited reminders, and 10 GB of storage. Pricing is announced at launch.

Add-ons. Plus subscribers may purchase additional pet seats (+1 pet) and storage (+10 GB) as recurring add-ons.

Founding Member offer. Users who download Setiora during the launch promotion period receive Setiora Plus free for 3 months. No payment method is required during this period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Storage & data retention. Cloud-stored media (photos, documents, and uploaded files) may be subject to storage quotas and data retention policies as described in our Storage Policy. Structured pet data (health records, reminders, and care history) is retained independently of subscription status.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by Setiora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Setiora — pet profiles, health records, photos, documents, and all other content. You grant Setiora a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Setiora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Setiora is not a veterinary service. Nothing in the Service constitutes veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions affecting your pet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Setiora's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Setiora in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Setiora is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, all your data is permanently purged within 30 days.

Setiora may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will notify you unless doing so is prohibited by law or would cause harm.
