Getting started
Setiora is an offline-first pet care app for dog and cat owners. You can track health records, vaccinations, medications, and weight; set smart reminders; and store memories — all organised by pet profile. The app works without internet and syncs to the cloud when you reconnect.
Setiora launches on Android first. iOS support is planned for a future phase. Sign up to be notified when the iOS version is available.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 1 pet profile, 10 active reminder configurations, 500 MB of cloud storage, unlimited health records, and offline access. No credit card required to download.
During our launch period, every new user receives Setiora Plus free for 3 months. No credit card required. Your free Plus access end date is shown clearly in the app, and you will be notified before it expires.
Plans & pricing
Setiora Plus includes 3 pet profiles (with add-on expansion available), unlimited active reminders, 10 GB of cloud storage (with add-on expansion available), a Premium Badge, and priority access to new features. Plus subscribers can also purchase additional pet seat and storage add-ons.
Yes. Setiora Plus subscribers can purchase Additional Pet Seat add-ons — each adds 1 pet profile to your plan. You can stack as many as needed. The Free plan is limited to 1 pet and does not support add-ons.
Plus subscribers can purchase Additional Storage in 10 GB increments. Each add-on expands your total storage. For example: the included 10 GB plus two storage add-ons gives you 30 GB total.
You will receive a notification before your free Plus access expires. You can choose to subscribe to a paid Plus plan or continue on the Free plan. No action is required to remain on Free — you will never be charged automatically.
Setiora Plus pricing will be announced before the Founding Member period ends. We will notify all users with plenty of notice before any paid subscription begins.
Features
It means the app works completely without an internet connection. All core features — logging health records, viewing reminders, capturing memories — function offline. Your data syncs automatically to the cloud when your device reconnects to the internet.
Unlimited means there is no practical limit for normal personal use. To protect the platform from abuse and automated usage, fair use safeguards may apply. These limits are designed not to affect typical pet owners.
You can log vaccinations (with batch numbers and renewal reminders), medications and dosing schedules, vet visits and their notes, weight history, and general health events. Each record is timestamped and stored in your pet's health timeline.
Yes. Each pet has its own profile with independent health records, reminders, and storage. Free plan users can have 1 pet. Plus subscribers can have 3 pets by default, with additional pet seat add-ons available.
Data & privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. Your pet data belongs to you and is never sold to advertisers or third parties.
You will receive a clear notification before you reach your storage limit. You can upgrade to Plus or purchase an additional storage add-on. Your existing data is never automatically deleted if you exceed the limit.
Yes. You can export your complete pet health records from within the app at any time. We also provide export tools on our website. Your data is yours — you can take it with you.
Your pet profiles, health records, reminders, and care history are never deleted when you downgrade. If your cloud storage exceeds the Free plan limit, new uploads will be paused. Existing photos and documents remain available during a grace period, giving you time to download, delete files, or upgrade. Long-term storage of excess media is subject to our data retention policy.
