The Free plan includes 1 pet profile. Setiora Plus includes 3 pet profiles. Plus subscribers can also purchase additional pet seat add-ons to add more pets one at a time — there is no hard upper limit.

The Free plan includes 500 MB of cloud storage for photos, documents, and attachments. Setiora Plus includes 10 GB. Plus subscribers can purchase additional storage in 10 GB increments. Core data (health records, reminders, weight logs) does not count toward storage.

Your pet profiles, health records, reminders, and care history are never deleted when you downgrade. If your cloud storage exceeds the Free plan limit, new uploads will be paused. Existing photos and documents remain available during a 90-day grace period, giving you time to download, delete files, or upgrade. See our Storage Policy for full details.

You create a reminder configuration for each care task — for example, 'Flea treatment for Bella, every 3 months.' Setiora schedules occurrences automatically and sends push notifications at the right time. You can mark each occurrence as done, skipped, or missed, and the next occurrence is scheduled automatically.

Yes. All core functionality — pet profiles, health records, reminders, moments, and documents — works without an internet connection. Data syncs to the cloud automatically in the background when you reconnect. You are never blocked from accessing your pet's data.

A streak day is counted when you complete at least one reminder or log a health activity on that day. Consecutive streak days build your streak counter and unlock milestone badges. One grace token per month protects against accidental breaks — so one missed day won't reset your progress.

Go to Settings → Account → Export Data in the Setiora app. Your data is exported as a ZIP archive containing JSON files for all records and your original photo attachments. The export package is delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Setiora app. All pet profiles, health records, reminders, photos, documents, and account data are permanently and irreversibly purged within 30 days. If you no longer have access to the app, visit www.setiora.com/delete-account for the web deletion request process.

Setiora supports dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, and any other pet you want to track. Species-specific reminder categories (vaccination types, deworming schedules, grooming intervals) and breed databases are included for common pets. For exotic or unusual species, the flexible health record system covers any animal.
