Why We Built Setiora
Pet owners face a surprisingly fragmented problem. Vaccination records live in a paper folder. Medication schedules are written on sticky notes. The vet asks for the last deworming date and you cannot remember it. Your dog's weight history is a collection of receipts from different clinics.
There was no single reliable system designed for the reality of caring for a pet — offline, across different vets, across different species, and across the years of a pet's life. Most apps we found were either too social, too expensive, or simply not trustworthy with personal data.
We built Setiora to be the app we wished existed: private, offline-capable, beautifully simple, and built around the actual work of caring for a pet rather than performing that care for an audience.
Built by pet owners, for pet owners
Every feature in Setiora started with a real problem: a missed flea treatment, a lost vaccination record, a vet asking for a medication history that wasn't written down anywhere.
Our Approach
Offline-first by design
We built Setiora around a simple rule: your pet's data must always be accessible, regardless of internet connection. Everything works on-device first, and syncs in the background.
Privacy by default
No ads. No data sold to third parties. No public feeds. Your pet data belongs to you and exists for one purpose: helping you care for your pet.
Care-first monetisation
Health records, reminders, and vaccination logs are unlimited on every plan. We charge for additional pet seats and storage — not for the ability to look after your pet.
Designed for daily use
Setiora is built around three questions: Is everything OK with my pet today? What do I need to do right now? How has my pet been doing? Every screen answers one of those three.
What We Are Building
Phase 1 is the foundation. We are building carefully — shipping what works, listening to users, and expanding thoughtfully.
Core pet profiles, health records, smart reminders, care streaks, moments, documents, and offline-first cloud sync. Android launch.
Family sharing, caregiver access, AI health insights, vet visit summaries, and weight trend analysis. iOS launch.
Vet portal integrations, breed health alerts, multi-caregiver workflows, and deeper health analytics.
