Delete Your Setiora Account
You can delete your Setiora account and all associated data at any time. The process is permanent and irreversible.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all pet data, health records, photos, and documents are permanently purged within 30 days. This cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need a copy — see www.setiora.com/data-export.
Method 1 — Delete inside the app
This is the fastest way to delete your account. All steps are completed inside the Setiora app.

Open the Setiora app on your device.

Tap the profile icon or navigate to Settings.

Select Account.

Tap Delete Account.

Read the confirmation screen — it lists exactly what will be deleted.

Tap Confirm Delete to proceed. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Method 2 — Request via email
If you no longer have access to the Setiora app or cannot log in, you can submit a deletion request by email.
Send an email to:
[email protected]Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the email address registered to your Setiora account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All pet profiles (names, breeds, photos, species, dates of birth)
- All health records (vaccinations, medications, lab results, allergies, surgeries, vet notes)
- All reminders and their completion history
- All weight and height records
- All moments, photos, and memories
- All documents and file attachments
- Your account email and display name
- All cloud-synced data associated with your account
Only aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data (if applicable) may be retained after deletion. No personal or pet-specific data is kept.
Timeframe: Account data is permanently purged within 30 days of your deletion request.
Export your data before deleting
If you want a copy of your pet data, export it first via Settings → Account → Export Data. You will receive a ZIP archive by email within 24 hours. See www.setiora.com/data-export for details.
